Shipping policy

We do not ship to non-US countries. Sorry, but it's just too complicated for us to handle right now. :-)

We cannot guarantee a specific time frame for delivery, due to some circumstances out of our control such as global pandemics and weather delays. A shipment that is a few days or even a couple of weeks late is not grounds for a refund, even if you wanted to get it in time for your loved one's birthday.

The shipping cost that you pay at checkout is based on a calculated minimum postage plus the cost of the shipping materials (based on our experience processing the 750+ orders from the Kickstarter campaign).

We will typically process orders only once per week, so even though USPS mail is fairly rapid, we are operating BoardGaming.com mostly as a hobby and have only a limited amount of time to spend processing orders. So, thank you for your patience. :-)
